Our client wanted to throw a celebration for their employees and families to acknowledge their hard work and to highlight their achievements in receiving FDA approval. To make it easily accessible, the client tasked us with setting the event in their 6400 sq. ft. parking lot. Measurements and CAD diagrams helped the client understand and visualize the event and site plan. We centered the day around a “country fair” harvest theme, with extensive tenting, seasonal décor, branded signage, games and live entertainment including Lost in Paris band, caricaturists and magicians. A sudden client need prompted us to reschedule the event date to rain or shine, having to quickly reorganize all contracted vendors lined up for the party. Our longstanding relationships with these companies allowed us to carry over deposits and incur almost no cancellation/reschedule fees, keeping the budget for the event under control. The day of the harvest event, it did rain, but it did not dampen the spirits of the employees who were recognized and treated to a fun food and beverages, games like cornhole and mini golf, entertainment, and more. This corporate celebration rewarded the dedication, commitment and hard work of employees and the afternoon was shared with patients and their families.
