To create an engaging, fun event for 300 employees and their guests in their company parking lot. The goal was to encourage participation and enjoyment, without asking employees to travel.
To manage a last minute event date change and remain completely within budget parameters.
Our client wanted to host a celebration for their employees and families to acknowledge their hard work and celebrate their achievement of receiving FDA approval. To ensure convenience, the event was set in the company’s 6,400 sq. ft. parking lot. Using precise measurements and CAD diagrams, we helped the client visualize and plan the event layout.
The event featured a "country fair" harvest theme, complete with extensive tenting, seasonal décor, branded signage, games, and live entertainment. The entertainment lineup included the Lost in Paris band, caricaturists, and magicians.
A sudden request from the client required us to reschedule the event date, necessitating quick reorganization of all contracted vendors. Thanks to our strong relationships with these vendors, we were able to carry over deposits and avoid significant cancellation or rescheduling fees, keeping the event within budget.
On the day of the event, it rained, but the weather did not dampen the spirits of the attendees. Employees and their families enjoyed a variety of activities, including cornhole with branded beanbags, mini golf, and live entertainment. They were also treated to delicious food and beverages.
This corporate celebration successfully rewarded the dedication, commitment, and hard work of the employees. The afternoon was a joyous occasion shared with their families, highlighting the company's appreciation for their contributions.
