We partnered with the company’s executive planning committee to project manage and fully arrange the entire event’s logistics. Custom branding was applied to the online registration website, meeting app, event design, banners, signage, and promotional items. We coordinated events that included the VIP leadership team reception, the launch kickoff dinner, and a variety of special presentations. Team dinners featured custom-designed menus with select local restaurants. Employees enjoyed themselves at an exclusive team building night at STRYXE, a boutique bowling and entertainment venue.
