A global trade organization trusted us to arrange their yearly meeting of 100 business owners, CEOs, and guests. This annual event was not only the 61st year of its existence, but the induction of the new President and first time it was to be held in New York City. Knowing that generations of businesses have attended these events, we created a once-in-a-lifetime itinerary for the guests.
We created a custom tour of the city, with a theme and stops picked specifically for their relevance to the trade organization. We arranged hotel, travel logistics, and communications for all attendees to stay in luxury. Guests received a custom invitation inclusive of meeting agenda and options to select activities and events during their stay in New York city.
We also set up a variety of premium events: Broadway show tickets, the annual general meeting, a customized private group tour of New York with historians that commenced at One World Observatory, a private behind-the-scenes shopping tour of designers' showrooms and studios, a pre-gala hair and make-up pampering package, a golf outing at Trump Golf Links Ferry Point and the black tie gala event.
On the last day, a farewell lunch “afloat”on the Eastern Star, a luxury private yacht charter was enjoyed, giving everyone the chance to experience the best the Big Apple had to offer.
