  • Create a night event that shows appreciation to client’s employees and connects investors with the client’s values.

A rare disease pharmaceutical company hired us to host two events in one day: an analyst corporate update to review the Company's commercial products, scientific platforms and R&D programs, as well as their 20th anniversary celebration event. We chose the iconic Roosevelt Hotel NYC knowing the venue could properly host both events while being accessible for attendees in and out of the city. Round-trip ground transportation was organized for 250 employees into the city from the company’s New Jersey office, while investors who live in the city found it accessible, walking three blocks from Grand Central Station. The company anniversary theme was a Great Gatsby-style affair. To promote the client’s extensive patient advocacy at the celebration, viewing areas with ultra HD screens were set up where people could learn about patients, their families, and employees. We supplied these areas with noise-cancelling headphones so people could watch without distraction. We built the event to be a Great Gatsby-style soiree, with a band playing in the style of the roaring 20s, along with custom furniture and decorations we brought in to match the Roosevelt’s natural regal quality. Guests could also access a “speakeasy after party” using a secret password that had been hinted at in the invitation. There were table card and dice games, along with prizes for those who won the most (with fake money, of course). With everyone watching, the CEO and Chairman of the Board spoke to the crowd, tying the emotional impact and love of their work to their business’ goals.
