How We Plan a One-Of-A-Kind Special Evening Event for a Multi-Night Incentive Program

Creating a Uniquely Themed and Customized Events for a Three-Day Incentive Trip
Our client tasked Meeting Logistics with planning a three-night incentive trip at Sea Island Resort, with each night uniquely themed and customized. They sought our renowned creativity, attention to detail, impeccable project management, and assurance that their well-deserved incentive winners would receive exceptional care.

Night One – Rainbow Island. We were influenced by the natural beauty of the marsh, organic, nature rich with beauty from every angle.
For the first night, our client desired a fun, welcoming, and casual event. The guests arrived via a jeep train to "Front Porch Lemonade" specialty cocktails and a picture-perfect landscape. Having superior connections to corporate event entertainment, we commissioned live entertainment from the band, Southside Station, which added an energetic and entertaining vibe to the evening. The lively tunes created a festive ambiance, encouraging guests to relax, mingle, and fully enjoy the event.
MTG designed the unique venue with custom bars, firepits with Adirondack chair seating areas, accent pillows and string lights that illuminated the outdoor area. We worked with the banquet team and chef to design a supper menu that was highlighted by a classic pimiento cheese station, a seafood boil station, pulled pork and cornmeal breaded grouper. Dining options included outdoor seating or the dining pavilion, which we enhanced with Edison bulb cluster lighting.
To ensure comfort in the pavilion, we selected Sonoma Crossback chairs with comfortable cushions for the seating around the picnic tables which we adorned with striped table runners, navy linens, and fresh hydrangea floral arrangements in crafty wooden boxes.
The night culminated in delicious dessert stations offering specialty tarts, mini maple apple pies, lemon mousse topped with fresh blueberries, and s’mores around the firepits.
Guests expressed that they felt like they were on a movie set between the natural beauty and intricately thought-out décor. The event truly set the tone for the overall program ahead for the guests.
