Our pharmaceutical client contracted Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater Beach Florida for their product launch meeting and partnered with us for full third-party management of the full four days. Our ability to deliver comprehensive services combined with our knowledge and experience of the Clearwater Beach area enabled us to seamlessly execute normally complex logistics at every stage of planning. From procurement of suppliers to creative planning, scheduling and logistics, detailed attendee communications, accurate data management, risk and cost management - our project management allowed business stakeholders the time to focus on the full lifecycle of the launch objectives and goals.
Our client requested we adopt a nautical theme into the events agenda, so we pulled out all the stops for the opening night event. This included string and up-lighting, unique furniture for lounge-type sitting areas, striped linens, specialty props, a Maui Jim sunglasses event, live acoustic entertainment and a wonderful menu displayed creatively throughout the event. Client branding was tastefully incorporated across the entire night, and the CEO commemorated this event with a personal address.
For their offsite event, we threw a party on a private yacht, continuing the maritime theme. Employees had fun pictures taken with a branded life preserver and danced the night away with the help of a DJ. Carefully chosen table sizes, ghost Chiavari chairs and specialty linens to match the client’s logo, set the tone for the event. Custom-made branded boat centerpieces personalized the dinner tables and tied the event’s nautical theme together.
