The client rewarded their top performers with a four-day, three-night Bahamas trip for top performers. We sent the winning employee’s promotional teasers to build excitement: branded passport holders, flip flop coasters and Tommy Bahama Spice Rub Blends. As guests arrived to a warm, golden sunset, we threw an Under the Sea welcome party to introduce and celebrate them. We set up a tropical décor using tiki torches, a beach lighting package, live fish inspired centerpieces, themed linens, chair covers, and a Calypso band for dancing in the sand. Guests enjoyed tropical drinks while they feasted on grilled lobster along with fresh seafood and island favorites. In their rooms, attendees found pillow gifts that congratulated them on their success and demonstrated appreciation for their contributions to the company.
