While orchestrating a trade show for a pharmaceutical client, we also created a separate event to connect with select attendees. Invitations to our “Modern Masters” themed event featured a high-quality art print along with digital marketing tactics to generate interest. We hosted the soiree in one of San Francisco’s prime gallery spaces, where guests were surrounded by the visionary work of the world’s most influential modern artists. Fine cuisine and exquisite Northern California wine was served, with plenty of space for guests to examine the art, facilitate discussion, and chat about recent company updates. A classical trio entertained while caricaturists created fun, stylized portraits for guests to take home. Attendees also received departure materials in branded European-style tote bags to remember the enjoyable, elegant experience.
