Celebrate client’s 25 years in business with event commemorating their history and values.
A pharmaceutical company trusted us to plan and deliver their celebration of being in business 25 years. After learning about their brand identity, we created the concept of “Entwined Together, Celebrating 25 Years,” capturing the beauty and inspiration of nature. We focused the evening’s theme around the symbolism of a tree: the roots representing the client’s core values, the trunk representing product offerings that continued to grow, and the branches showcasing the company’s ability to reach and help more patients. Guests received invites made from recycled paper along with a plant-a-tree seed kit to excite and delight. Fantastic living tree statues decorated the entrance as attendees arrived alongside a tall tree ensemble constructed with customized “25 year milestone” leaves. The ballroom enjoyed a perfectly calibrated ambiance, complete with leaf and vine gobos, dramatic uplighting, and pin lights. Tables were set with moss linens, artistic tree centerpieces and accented by votive candles. Guests were in awe at the 12’ tree constructed of natural branches and bark which enhanced the theme of the event. All dining for the evening focused on sustainable ingredients, with a live music trio providing the entertainment. The CEO gave a captivating speech, weaving the theme into the company’s story while detailing their accomplishments and future goals. To end the night, a percussion troupe played with energy and excitement. Departure gifts included a bonsai tree planted in a branded container.
