To align with the premiere healthcare conference location, the Music City Center, we knew that sourcing and selecting a well-chosen and well-located venue would attract a larger audience. We contracted the unique Nashville gem, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum for the event. The Mike Curb Conservatory, Curb Records Courtyard and the Hall of Fame Rotunda were perfect spaces for 550guests, advocacy tables, and staging for the educational presentation.
The evening started with a red-carpet entry, and rope and stanchion to direct guests to register and receive their brand awareness bracelets. Florals, décor, lighting, and linens reflected the company’s branding.
Working with the CMHOF, top-notch catering team, we developed detailed floor plans and a modest and compliant reception style custom menu that was perfect for grazing; a quesadilla station, a dim sum station, tasty sliders, delectable salads served in individual mason jars, rocks and martini glasses and a seasonal cheese and vegetable display. Decadent mini flourless chocolate cakes with seasonal berries and vanilla bean cheesecakes were a sweet ending to the event.
From run through to production, we worked with CMHOF technical team to simulcast the speaker presentation throughout the multiple rooms within the venue. The event was graced by Ambassadors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Brooks and Dunn whose special performance fueled emotion and truly touched everyone’s hearts.
