Organization Matters!

For a recent North America Investigator’s Meeting in Orlando, Florida, Meeting Logistics carried out venue research for an excellent business property that provided participants flexible meeting space and the latest technology at an easily accessible property.  We included a custom built online registration website to facilitate communication and streamline the organization and efficiency of the meeting. Over 100 attendees traveled from all parts of the country for a 3 day, 2-night pharmaceutical meeting that included training sessions, educational and instructional presentations, hands-on demonstrations, dinner events and the warm weather of Florida.  From project onset we assisted our clients through goals, time lines, logistics, budget and expectations. In designing and structuring the meeting, we focused on the participant, seamless distribution of valuable communications, content and flawless logistics. The successful program showcased a high quality organized meeting that we received high scores from our post program questionnaire as you can see below:
