April is Stress Awareness Month, We Can Help

It’s probably no coincidence that Stress Awareness Month is the same month as tax day. This year National Public Health Week is April 4-10 and their aim is to make America the healthiest nation by 2030. This is a great opportunity to encourage wellness in your organization and your community. Wellness programs reduce health costs, increase morale and engagement. Aromatherapy is the use of essential plant oils to improve well-being. The oils are often placed in diffusers and allowed to permeate the air. It’s a practice that’s been used for centuries to address psychological and other issues. Some of the most popular essential oils are: peppermint, lavender, jasmine, chamomile, and lemongrass.

Adult Coloring Books. Coloring books are no longer just for children. Adult coloring books are all the rage right now. Just like meditation, coloring also allows us to switch off our brains from other thoughts and focus only on the moment.

The group is split into smaller teams to compete against one another in a challenge to create the most beautiful and tasty sushi.
